Booth Seating
Established since August 2007 as one of the city’s foremost food and drink establishments at its Holland Village location, the 60-seater has once again redefined the dessert experience by pushing the boundaries between sweet and savoury with progressive, carefully researched offerings that are as delectable as they are beautiful.

Why we do

Anyone who says you can’t have dessert for supper clearly hasn’t been proselytised to by this late-night Holland Village sweets bar. After seven great years in which young pastry star Janice Wong defied all industry expectations and racked up a number of accolades – most notably Asia’s Best Pastry Chef awarded by the San Pellegrino Asia Top 50, which she won two years in a row from 2013 to 2014 – her second-floor perch renews its energy with new interiors and an expanded menu of elaborate sweets. The old reclining loungers have been replaced with booth seating with colourful tables, painted with chocolate-inspired art, and concrete dining bar surfaces that give the restaurant an up-to-date industrialchic aesthetic. - Time Out
