Why we do
What is the role?
Are you taking a gap year before starting or finishing university?
As an apprentice with the Corporate Philanthropy Team, you will support and implement the Company's philanthropy and related employee engagement activities. Assignments may include assistance with grants administration, data entry, promotion of the corporate giving program internally, planning and execution of employee engagement and volunteering projects, administrative duties, philanthropy landscape and players research, as well as preparation of reports, summaries, correspondence and communications documents.
We’d love to see:
Polytechnic or pre-university students with the flexibility to commit to this apprenticeship for at least 12 consecutive months, coming into the office at least 3 full days or 6 half-days per work week (Monday-Friday), preferably full time 5 days. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment Superior customer service skills Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Good project coordination skills Eye for detail and good time management Enthusiasm and commitment to charitable work and volunteering Legally authorized to work full time in Singapore and will not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
