Founded in Singapore by the Singapore Press Holdings in 2015, FastJobs is currently one of Singapore’s top mobile application for non-executive jobs with over 1 million downloads. With its increasing popularity, FastJobs has recently ventured to the region and launched in Malaysia and Philippines.
Why we do
FastJobs, developed by the Digital Division of Singapore Press Holdings Limited (SPH), is Southeast Asia’s fastest growing online jobs portal that focuses on recruitment of the Blue Collar Workforce. Founded in Singapore, the platform was officially launched in April 2015 and has been transforming the way people are connected to jobs, with over 1 million mobile application downloads across the region.
Unique to FastJobs, the company’s vision is, “To provide equal access to economic opportunities for all”. As FastJobs expands across Southeast Asia, the company utilises key data insights to support better job matching; promoting greater personal economic growth and improving peoples’ lives.
FastJobs was awarded Best New Product, Best Innovation and Best Campaign at the SPH Digital Awards 2016, and Gold in the "Best App by a Media Owner" category of Marketing Magazine’s The Spark Awards 2016.
How we do
FastJobs is a re-imagination of the ultimate hiring platform, built for speed and efficiency with mobile-first innovations such as FastChat, Resume Builder and Group Broadcast Capabilities. This helps Employers save time and resources to hire fast.
Employers have access to a web-based dashboard to manage candidates and job applications, as well as analytics to hire more effectively. With FastChat, they save time and avoid missed connections with jobseekers through our instant messaging feature.
Jobseekers simply need to download the FastJobs App, register and they can start submitting their job applications. With FastJobs’ easy-to-use features, it is a quick and simple process for Jobseekers to apply for jobs.
The FastJobs mobile app is now available for download in Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines at the Android Play store and Apple App store.
