We are looking for an Account Executive who will be a part of our initial team in our new Tokyo office. This is a chance for you to fully apply your entrepreneurial spirit while taking part in the expansion of one of the fastest-growing networks in the world. The person who is most suitable for this job should have the following traits:
- Likes to laugh
- Uses the latest and greatest mobile apps
- Explains complex ideas with concise words
- Can read a client’s face … and at a more basic level, can read a client’s emails and messages on their SNS
- Loves participating in the creative process
- Has a high level of sensitivity for time and deadlines
- Prefers Keynote to Powerpoint, and knows how to make a presentation look stunning
- Has solid presentation skills, and never reads off the slides
- Knows what the word strategy means and knows to use it sparingly
- Spots bad influencer campaigns from a mile away, and tells people about good influencer campaigns at cocktail parties
- Believes that there are no unsolvable problems
- Has native level of proficiency and love for the Japanese language
- Has high level of proficiency for the English language
- Has a bachelor’s degree in something. Or, even better, a master’s degree in something.
