第3回目はTalent x Buzzベトナム支社のSourcing Specialist、Oanh（オアン）にインタビュー。

入社1ヶ月足らずで既に1件契約を決めて、チームの中でも優秀な成績を残しているという彼女の仕事のやりがい、目標、プライベートとは？

Q1. Talent x Buzzでは日々どんな業務を担当していますか？

ソーシング スペシャリストとして、雇用主となる企業様とコミュニケーションをとって求人情報を理解し、SNSを駆使して候補者を検索して繋がり、提案しています。

Q2. 仕事のやりがいについて教えてください！

Talent x Buzzの仕事は個人の裁量に委ねられる部分も多く、仕事の効率化を考えてセルフマネジメントを徹底し、成功させることにやりがいを感じています。

Q3. ベトナムで人気の業界や採用トレンドを教えてください！

当初、ベトナム市場にはヘッドハンター企業が 200 社しかありませんでしたが、わずか数年後にはその数が 500 社に増加し、ハノイとホーチミン市に集中して全国に分布しています。

製造、加工、卸売、小売および貿易、銀行、金融、コンサルティングサービス、建設、飲食およびホスピタリティ/レジャー、不動産業界が2022年後半に採用が増えると予想されています。

Q4. では、プライベートについてお聞きします！ あなたの好きな本は何ですか?

私のお気に入りの本は、児童書シリーズの「タン・ドン・ダット・ベト」、「ドラえもん」です。

Q5. 週末はどう過ごしますか？

週末は家族と時間を過ごしたり、家の掃除などの家事が大好きです。

Q6. あなたの個人/キャリアの目標は何ですか?

私の目標は会社の成長とつながっていて、仕事を通してできるだけ多くの価値観や考え方を学び、チームに貢献することです！これからも頑張ります！

The third employee interview features Oanh, a Sourcing Specialist at Talent x Buzz Vietnam office.

In the first month she joined the company, she has already successfully placed a candidate and has been achieving excellent results in the team.

In this interview, we will look into getting to know her career goals and private life!

Q1. Can you tell me about what you do at Talent x Buzz?

As a Sourcing Specialist at Talent x Buzz, I communicate with job owners and understand the job criteria and by using social media networks, I search and connect with potential candidates.

Q2. What do you like about your current job?

I am taking great initiative in managing myself, pushing harder with each job until it reaches a successful placement.

Q3. What are the recent trends in the headhunting industry in Vietnam?

Initially, the Vietnamese market had only 200 headhunter companies, but after only a few years, this number has increased to 500 and is distributed throughout the country, concentrated in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City.

According to surveys, the Recruitment outlook expected to increase in H2 2022 is most evident in the top 7 sectors, including Manufacturing & Processing, Wholesale, Retail & Trading, Banking & Finance, Professional Consulting Services, Construction, F&B & Hospitality - Leisure, and Real Estate. In which, Manufacturing & Processing - the key engine for economic growth - accounts for over 19% of the total number of enterprises planning to increase recruitment in Q3 & Q4 2022.

Q4. Now let me ask you about your private life! What is your favorite book?

My favorite books are series kids' books, e.g. "Than Dong Dat Viet", "Doraemon".

Q5. How do you spend your weekends?

Most weekends, I love to visit my family or do chores like cleaning my house, etc.

Q6. What is your personal/career goal?

My goals connect with the growth of my company where I can learn and contribute as much value as possible to the team.

CEO Isao’s comment: She managed to get a contract immediately after joining the company and her work style is like a role model. She is also an amazing team player even outside work - giving us advice and support for settling in Vietnam.
