We are an international lifestyle and real estate company that is developing ski resort properties and related projects in Akakura Onsen, the heart of the Myoko Kogen ski area in Niigata. Established in the 1930’s as Japan’s first international mountain resort and is a traditional mountain retreat for Japan’s imperial family, Myoko Kogen still retains its rich Japanese culture but is increasingly popular with international travellers due to the quality and quantity of the world famous JAPOW.
弊社は、新潟の妙高高原スキー場の中心にある赤倉温泉にてスキーリゾート施設と関連プロジェクトの開発を行う、国際的なライフスタイル企業および不動産会社です。妙高高原は、1930年代に日本初の国際的な山岳リゾートとして設立され、皇室の伝統的な保養地でもあり、豊かな日本文化を保っていますが、同時にその素晴らしいJAPOWの雪質と雪量は世界的にも有名で、海外からの旅行者の人気が高まっています。

We are a hospitality group that have been investing in Akakura Onsen since 2018. We believe in the potential of the village and the broader Myoko Kogen ski area with its beauty and culture.
Our plans for our investment in the area include:
- Revitalizing and restoring old buildings that have been lacking investment, to provide more modern facilities and services whilst keeping the character of the structure.
- To provide for other guests’ needs apart from accommodation, including more food and beverage options, childcare, health and wellness services etc.
- To increase visitor numbers apart from in the winter season. We believe the area has a lot other attractive activities in each of spring, summer and autumn, and we will invest in promoting these activities.
- We wish to generate more employment opportunities for the local community, as well promoting the village and area in general to benefit other local business owners in the greater Myoko Kogen area.

- 冬季以外の来訪者数を増やす。春、夏、秋のそれぞれに魅力的なアクティビティがあると考え、これらのアクティビティを宣伝するために投資する。
- 地元コミュニティに雇用機会を提供し、妙高高原地域の他の地元企業オーナーにも利益をもたらすために、村や地域全体を宣伝する。
How we do
We care about the preservation of local culture and community, and by reviving and restoring old ryokans and commercial buildings of Akakura Onsen village, and hiring local residents and nature-loving community builders, to be part of our team, we believe that we can make a difference in area in the near future.
