Even heavy rain and cold night could not stop us to make our guest to have the best night here in Tokyo.

On November 22nd, we had invited to a tour associated with TOBU TOP TOURS CO., LTD.
The tour program is called, EDO-IKI-NIGHT tour, which is a boat tour on a cruise boat, with some complimentary drinks and awesome performance from Furisode Girls, performers who wear Japanese traditional cloths and dance.

Since the seats were limited, only four of us, including our staff to guide our guests, could get an honor to participated in. And we had three guests, a Canadian Chef, a designer in NYC, and an engineer from Seoul who were fast enough to secure their seats for the tour.

However, rain did not seem to end itself but pour even harder and harder. It might be worst condition to enjoy a boat tour on Sumida river on the night of mid November.

As our guests and our staff arrived at the site, the associates led us to seat inside and gave us a glass of welcome drinks. Soon, the boat departed, and we could enjoy the night scenery of Tokyo like Tokyo Skytree and the bridges of Sumida river inside the boat, keeping ourselves warm and dry. While we sailed, we also could taste the Japanese traditional performances and even a magnificent magic show. The kid sit next to me showed the most honest reactions when the magician do the tricks :) It was truly amazing program, with traditions, humor, scenic views, family-friendly vibes.

The tour has finished as we had our final photo shooting time with The Furisode Girls. We walked down a little and arrived at the restaurant called, Towada, located in Asakusa. We got welcomed by pleasantly brewed Hoji tea and a set of Soba and Tendon.

Our staff and the guests had wonderful dinner and shared their thoughts, experiences, and became friends. So they decided to have a walk through raining Sensoji and took marvelous pictures.
