先日、全社会議とクリスマスパーティを開催しました。

まずは全社会議からスタート。
経営方針や現在の事業状況、そして anybotのアップデート状況について、全社員に向けて共有しました。
エボラニでは、会社全体の方向性や現状を、こうした場でしっかりすり合わせることを大切にしています。

全社会議のあとは、毎年恒例のクリスマスパーティへ🎅
1年を締めくくる、一大イベントです。

今年のクリスマスパーティの内容は…

• アワード表彰
  MVPや今年特にがんばったメンバーを表彰。
  感謝の気持ちを込めて、ボーナスも贈られました👏
• ゲーム大会
  ビンゴやペア探しゲームで大盛り上がり！
  普段あまり話す機会のないメンバーとも自然に交流できる時間に。
• マジックショー
  予想以上に本格的で、会場は驚きと笑いに包まれました🪄
• 食事＆交流タイム
  食べて飲んで、1年を振り返りながらみんなでワイワイ。

たくさんの景品も用意され、笑顔の絶えない時間となりました。

仕事は真剣に、イベントは全力で楽しむ。

そんなエボラニカルチャーが詰まった1日でした。

We started with a company-wide meeting.

We shared our management policy, current business situation, and anybot update status with all employees.

At Evolany, we value these types of forums to thoroughly align the company's overall direction and current situation.

After a company-wide meeting, we headed to our annual Christmas party 🎅

This is a major event to close out the year.

This year's Christmas party included...

Recognition of MVPs and members who worked particularly hard this year.

To express our gratitude, bonuses were also presented 👏

• Game Tournament

Bingo and spot-the-pair games were a huge hit!

It was a chance to naturally connect with members we don't usually get to talk to.

• Magic Show

It was more professional than expected, and the venue was filled with surprise and laughter 🪄

• Food & Social Time

Everyone ate, drank, and had a great time reflecting on the year.

There were plenty of prizes prepared, and the party was filled with laughter and joy.

Work seriously, but enjoy the event to the fullest.

It was a day filled with Ebolani culture.
