当社のクライアントは、世界最大のワークスペースプロバイダーであるIWG plc（本社：スイス）のビジネスモデルを日本に導入し、日本全国に新しいワークスタイルを普及させた、フレキシブルオフィス業界のリーディングカンパニーです。現在、120カ国以上、1100都市以上にわたり、4000拠点以上のネットワークを展開しています。
当社のクライアントの起源は、1989年にベルギー・ブリュッセルでビジネストラベラー向けのオフィススペース提供企業として設立されたことに遡ります。現在はイギリスを拠点とし、ロンドン証券取引所に上場しているIWG plcの一員です。
日本国内では、当社クライアントの日本法人が1998年9月、新宿パークタワーにて最初のレンタルオフィスを開設しました。その後、「オープンオフィス」などのコンパクトオフィスブランドを含むマルチブランド展開を行い、全国各地で様々なオフィスニーズに応えています。2016年には、新たなコミュニティを生み出すビジネススペース「SPACES」を立ち上げ、現在は全国に8拠点を展開中です。さらに2022年には、ハイエンドブランド「Signature」を六本木ヒルズにオープンしました。
2023年2月1日には、当社クライアントは三菱地所グループの一員となり、三菱地所グループが展開する国内拠点、IWG plcのグローバルな競争力、そして日本全国48都市・195拠点を誇る当社クライアントのネットワークを融合し、より多くのお客様にレンタルオフィスおよびコワーキングスペースを提供しています。
