We hire on attitude and train on skill. That means first and foremost our team are exceptional operators, with amazing client relationships and the ability to move fast and learn quickly. The dynamic nature of the technology space means there is always something new to learn.
Our clients aren't robots and so we shouldn't be either. Artificial intelligence hasn't shown signs of doing us out of a job just yet, so in the meantime - whether clients or our own team - we take pride in understanding people, their challenges and how we can add value.
Being part of the global WeWork network, we really do have an awesome office. Every day has a different activity, whether its Breakfast Mondays, Wellness Wednesdays or a host of different workshops and training classes. Come down and check it out.
We're not bound by hierarchical structures or rigid job scopes. If you want to learn then we'll give you the support, latitude and mentorship to learn.
Technology moves at lightning speed which means we do too. We use the word 'hustle' a lot, and it's why our clients feel they get value from us.
