Nice Cosmetics Customer Loyalty Application consists of an Admin Web Portal and a Customer Mobile Application which is already available in the iOS & Android Store.
My client is the owner of a beauty chain in Singapore who wish to engage their customers better. The Admin Web Portal will help my client manage their customer data, send EDMs, mobile notifications as well as showing offers and deals to their customers easily. On the customer mobile application, the customer is able to collect loyalty stamps for their purchase, in return for vouchers.
My role is to design and develop the product from start to finish as well as managing my client’s expectation.

Employee Engagement Project
A bottom-up approach to gather feedback on targeted issues from each department and report the analysis in our monthly CEO meeting.
Monitored and assisted by my manager, my role in this project is to design the survey questions, enhance and question existing process, making use of my technical expertise to assist and recommend solutions, coach and train our counterparts and line managers to effectively collaborate in Smartsheet, draft out reports, analysis and presentations on survey results.
Our developed process also serve as a center of excellence for our Malaysia counterpart. Therefore, I was also flew over to Malaysia to assist and coach our counterparts frequently to ensure the adoption of our existing process is successful.
