Wedding Planning • Make initial phone contact with bride and groom for introduction- • Meet with bride and groom 2-3 times to plan wedding ceremony. • Offer a comprehensive packet of information about weddings. • Keep open communication with bride, groom and essential personnel • Conduct wedding rehearsal – providing detailed instructions to the wedding party. • Communicate job duties to ushers, guest book attendants, readers, etc. • Arrive at venue early to make sure premise is clean and all things are in place for wedding • Greet and direct vendors as they arrive • Supervise musicians, lighting/sound technicians, photographers, etc • Monitor time and make sure all parties get in designated positions at the proper time answer
