MyUOB serves as a central information portal that enhances employee engagement and encourages collaboration and sharing. This portal has been built on Microsoft SharePoint platform and customised to meet UOB’s requirements. Project : Rostering/Pairing Rostering is a Jeppesen product which allows the Airline customer to create crew rosters that respect the crew’s preferences and all relevant constraints. Its a scalable platform for managing roster operations for thousands of cabin and flight deck crew. Pairing creates crew pairings with a minimal total crew cost by building pairings interactively by using pairing optimizer. To generate robust connections and achieve the level of crew quality that airline’s require.
