My responsibilities includes but not limited to: 1. Accounts Receivables 2. Accounts Payables 3. Assist in General Journals entries 4. Assist in GST 5. Assist in issuing cheques/ payment vouchers 6. Monthly Bank Reconciliations 7. Assist in Monthly closing 8. Admin duties
1. Keep track of company's finances and bank statements 2. Handling of Petty Cash 3. Monthly Bank Reconciliation 4. Book keeping of all expenses, filing of receipts and invoices 5. Liaising with Clients for payments 6. Update project’s P&L (from producer’s internal costing) 7. Calculating year end profit 8. Year-end closing of accounts 9. Computing salaries and CPF 10. CPF Submission 11. Verify and Process Staff claims 12. Filling of AIS, PIC and NS Men grants 13. Managing staff claims and staff leaves 14. Liaising with consultancy firm for submission of reports to relevant authorities 15. Ad hoc admin works (Issuing cheques, sending out cheques, etc) 16. Ad hoc translation jobs
