36 days of type is an open call for designers and artists to contribute their typography exploration work. The rule is to post each letter a day from A to Z, following number from 0 to 9.
This year I explored Braille-inspired typography. I created the number and letter through the projection of Braille's system grid. It is a challenging commitment but really help me to develop my design concept.
Contributed an animation for GIF fest exhibition 2017, in collaboration wth Noise Singapore.
Noise x GIF Fest 2017 is Singapore’s first GIF exhibition and is a multi-sensory showcase featuring 50 young artists experimenting with the GIF art-form. A new generation of digital image-makers will be selected to create GIFs that will be presented in an immersive multi-media exhibition.
The exhibition was held from 4 to 11 Oct 2017 at Blk 7, Gillman Barracks.
