With over 30 years of experience in home healthcare and senior care, I have consistently worked across operations, corporate management, internal audit, and value creation for healthcare businesses.
I began my career in caregiving and home medical care operations at social welfare organizations in Tokyo, before moving into the development and management of senior housing and assisted living facilities, where I led the launch and operation of multiple sites.
In 2013, I transitioned into consulting, supporting the growth of more than 700 home-visit nursing stations nationwide and gaining extensive experience in healthcare business management and operational improvement.
I later served as Head of Internal Audit at a home hospice company, where I led governance and internal control development in preparation for an IPO. Subsequently, I took on corporate planning roles at a major senior care provider, covering new business development, M&A due diligence, and compliance.
At an investment fund, I was responsible for value creation initiatives for healthcare institutions, working from both operator and investor perspectives to drive business improvement and sustainable growth.
Currently, I engage in multiple consulting projects, focusing on governance, operational efficiency, and value enhancement in the healthcare sector.
I am seeking opportunities where I can contribute to long-term organizational growth through internal audit, governance, and strategic management in the healthcare and senior care industry.
