Account Management • Oversee and managed Loreal Luxe Thailand brands, Lancome, Kiehls, Shu Uemura, Giorgio Armani, YSL, Biotherm and Urban Decay • Managed Client’s expectations and marketing campaigns • Directly Responsible for delivery of campaigns and projects • Provide CRM related strategies with emphasis of retaining and growing client’s database using analytical data that supports client’s marketing focus • Manage monthly reports and presentations with Luxe Thailand documenting their marketing strategies, planning and implementation
Branding • Align company around brand's direction. • Taking brand ownership and creating campaign strategies matching up to the company's vision, mission and goals. Events • Organise various community outreach programmes to the masses promoting financial literacy and investor education • Working with various partners to engage members through focus groups • Organize networking sessions with stakeholders and gala dinners • Coordinate conference programmes
