I graduated from NUS with a Mathematics degree in 1999 with a recession looming. As a fresh graduate, even with the uncertainties of the economy, I know what I wanted. I wanted a career in the exciting media and advertising world. Within a few months, a career in media was what I got and I ended up spending 11 amazing years in that universe. Those 11 years trained and shaped me into a highly adaptable, persistently optimistic go-getter.
