I will finish my bachelor's degree in coming July. Studying digital television and broadcasting broaden my view on communication. I am particularly professionally making news production. It made me felt that communication is never easy to work with. Receivers may misunderstand the message thus react on a different side. Thus, I learned more about message delivery in persuasion communication courses. I also see advertising and marketing as my interest. Taking the related courses to strengthen me as a practitioner in these fields. With the work experience in the frontline customer services in the Hong Kong Jockey Club, I am passionate about assisting client’s need and want. Gaining satisfaction when their need is fulfilled.
