ACHIEVEMENTS  Brought in all active staffs of different projects under one Payroll system. (DP Quest Investigation Consultancy P/L)  Brought in all Relief staffs of different projects under systematic Payroll & CPF. (Alpha Security Management Services P/L)  Managed to complete 150 Questionnaires for Joshua Research Consultancy in one month. Project was for POSB bank.  Managed to bring in 6 clients (two local & one foreign Private firms and two hospitals & one Retail Association ) for HCM International Pte Ltd in lesser than 20 days while I was working with HCM International as a HR & Admin Manager. Wincor Nixdorf, Vectra Security, Changi General Hospital, Thomson Medical Ctr, Singapore Association of Furniture Companies were few of the clients.  The earlier terminated HR staff of Disys Singapore P/L deleted all HR soft copies and did not maintain proper HR hard copies & HR Database. In 1 month I was able to retrieve & develop the HR database.  (i) Manage to clear the AL pending which were due for clearance from September’14 to Nov’14 in a contract job of 3 months period (Dec’14 to Mar’14) in Sodexo. (ii) Managed to convince a wrongfully terminated staff (three months ago/who was unhappy on company’s wrong decision) to join back to retrieve overpaid amount from her which was actually caused from the continuation of salary payment to that staff who was terminated in the last week of October’14.  Achievement in recent job as a HR Consultant (Business development & Recruitment) of AP Global P/L: I have brought in two clients (a Gov. hospital with 12 permanent job placement orders & a foreign /Chinese group of companies’ Singapore based Construction company with 6 permanent job placement orders) in lesser than two months.  Managed to open Heath Sector’s clients for RMA Consultants Pte Ltd (From Feb 2019 to Jul 2019).
