- Know your target audience (age, gender, demography , interest, likes, dislike, etc )
- Know your products well ( technical specs , values to custmers, what pain are you helping to solve with them)
- Know the skill to social media marketing ( how to put up paid Ad., how to engage influencers, unpaid ad, etc)
- Be creative in your posts (viral video, and depending on your targetted audience . What are your going to write)
- Be responsive to reply in a positive way ( speed is what people is expecting . Don't let people wait for 3 days ... )
