Eunoia is a universal, ready-to-use e-commerce backend for F&B merchants and food tech providers to power custom frontend solutions, and connect with other food tech providers

We are a diverse team of coders, designers, and innovators with backgrounds ranging from tech, food, and engineering. The idea of enabling the best user experience in the F&B industry brought us together and spurred us to create Eunoia. We believe in an open eco-system that allows innovative and open-minded food tech providers to work together and collaborate, enabling cross pollination of ideas and solutions. This would allow us to build and create new innovations and experiences. F&B merchants will also benefit from this open eco-system as it allows them to seamlessly pull together the best technology providers to work for them.

We connect F&B merchants and food tech providers into one ecosystem through our backend platform For F&B Merchants We eliminate the complexity of managing separate backend platforms for your digital solutions, be it a website, app or even a robot! All brand, menu, store and order information can be managed from our single platform. You can even build your own custom solution with this same backend platform. For Food Tech Providers We offer a plug and play backend infrastructure that is customizable to your business needs, allowing you to focus on your frontend interface. You will also gain access to key information such as brand, menu and store from our network of F&B merchants.

Please note that this is an internship position. The Project Coordinator Associate assist the Project Team in managing all phases of project work including alignment with client – understanding context, developing non-obvious insights, exploring and defining opportunities, setting strategy, creating actionable/tangible design, communicating vision, and helping clients go to market. You will work as a member of Eunoia interdisciplinary teams to create market-leading offerings for clients. This role requires a unique blend of real-world experience and theory, entrepreneurial zeal, and boardroom polish. The Project Coordinator Associate reports to the Project Manager. Duties Your role within an interdisciplinary team will vary from project to project, but some example briefs include: 1. Uncovering and articulating deep insights  Assist in gathering requirements from clients and their customers  Help clients identify and develop new growth options  Assist in developing and testing hypotheses with your team. Question the choices and iterate until you get it right. 2. Synthesize insights and propose business recommendation  Support the team (and client) through the analysis and synthesis process and distill down to the most important insights  Connect insights from research and translate them into useful foundation for design or business recommendation  Assist in designing new products, services, and consumer experiences that differentiate the company from its competition 3. Design and monitor project delivery  Track milestones and deliverables against project plan  Assist in assuring the quality of project deliverables  Assist in preparing and presenting internal status reports Skills & Experience Needed:  Currently studying for a Bachelor Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline  Business and technical analysis abilities  Experience in F& B is a plus  Knowledge in Design Thinking Methodology will be an advantage  Comfortable with clients, working as a collaborator and advisor, and the ability to confidently and credibly share your point of view and expertise.  Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment and comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams in a non-hierarchical organization.  Ability to pull together multiple different, and sometimes conflicting, inputs (data, qualitative feedback, hypothesis, etc.) into a common point of view.
