Some of our features include do-not-call filtering, real-time calling & auto-dialling, mass-communications (customized emails & SMSes), leads & tasks management, and generation of quotations & invoices. Why we do

Our co-founder, Charmain, a second time entrepreneur, saw that sales are the lifeblood of every business after her first startup. Even if the product and supporting team are great, no firm will survive without good sales. Our another co-founder, Ken, a veteran in the sales industry and a consultant and coach to many for decades, noticed how difficult it is for people to apply the sales knowledge they have on paper into practice. Hence, the two decided to find a way to bridge the gap between sales knowledge and application. Believing that time is money, they explored ideas to help people with their sales not only effectively, but also efficiently. Their first idea, QuickDesk, was a result of their desire to integrate IT solutions into sales. As they found more areas in the sales process that IT could assist in, Pear Comms was created with the aim of generating a suite of online applications to increase sales productivity on a whole.

As a new team member

About this role You will be involved in a wide range of business development activities such as market research, marketing, pitching as well as other administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities ● Identify leads through proactive prospecting and various outreach methods (call/email/LinkedIn); ● Establish product and professional relationships with key stakeholders; ● Present and deliver the QuickDesk story to business owners in an articulate and confident manner; ● Proactively assess, clarify and validate prospect and customer needs on an ongoing basis; ● Coordinate the involvement of company personnel including support, service and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations; ● Analyze and report on industry trends and related products on a monthly basis for success and new opportunities; ● Create marketing and sales collaterals to promote QuickDesk in local and overseas industry events (We are expanding to Hong Kong and Malaysia soon!); ● Draft sales reports and business proposals and meet assigned sales targets. Requirements ● Experience in sales and customer support environment; ● Exceeds sales targets and demonstrates the ability to build successful and long lasting relationships with client;. ● A keen interest in and knowledge of IT and CRM; ● Self­motivation and a competitive, results­driven attitude; ● Confident and articulate presentation skills; ● Persuasive and influential verbal communication skills (in English and preferably another Asian language); ● Excellent time­management, and resilience to strive under pressure and tight deadlines.
