Responsibilities • Respond to customer enquiries about retail sales of gift codes on Codashop by e-mail, liaising with Coda’s customer support desk in Jakarta as needed • Respond to enquiries from companies about bulk sales of gift codes by e-mail, liaising with Coda’s business development team in Hong Kong as needed • Assist Coda’s management when they visit Japan by attending and translating at meetings, helping to translate presentation materials, and following up when needed • Serve as a liaison between Coda’s finance team in Jakarta and our clients in Japan, forwarding purchase orders and invoices and monitoring bank transactions • Translate materials between English and Japanese as needed Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • English-language fluency • 2+ years’ experience in a customer/client-facing role • A strong customer-service orientation This role will be our first full-time hire in Japan and will initially report to Coda’s President in Hong Kong.
