Accountability:
- Manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the artwork creation and the artwork production process
- Manage a workflow that minimizes the time spends for brand managers and regulatory associates
- Engagement in Artwork Creation meeting (artwork manager, brand manager, regulatory associate);
outcome is an approved design & text proposal (Brand manager needs to initiate).
The preparations are in hands of the individuals, the artwork coordinator makes sure that the outcome is:
a) approved by brand manager,
b) approved by regulatory and
c) do-able from artwork perspective
- Ensure correct distributed draft final version is in line with initial brief
- Keep overview of the process, monitoring deadlines and make sure timelines are met
- Collect comments and approvals, and communicate them clearly to the creative or production agency
Knowledge:
- Artwork (creation and production)
- Interest in product portfolio.
- Understanding of Brand, Regulatory, Legal restrictions and requirements.
- Understanding of building and implementation of workflows.
- Knowledge of internal CH-SEA organisation and the key contacts
(artwork provider, manufacturing sites, relevant local departments).
Independent Thinking:
Work is directed by the following:
- Senior Artwork Manager
- Internal customers as Brand and Regulatory.
- External customers as PCA, RSC & manufacturing sites.
- Personal Objectives – AW CR form, checklists & KPIs
Responsibility:
- Manage and coordinate all Artwork Creation and Artwork Production.
- Responsible for a correct Artwork Creation briefing and Artwork production briefing.
- Ensure optimal ways of working to get artwork production right in two rounds.
- Ensure Artwork creation and production meets the workflow.
- Manage the full end to end SGS Process for CH-SEA
