Legend is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide technical support for the users onsite and remotely (Singapore and overseas offices) to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices, printers and systems.
Your Job Responsibilities:
- Trouble shoot and resolve application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, network and phones.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers and office network infrastructure.
- Setting up email and system accounts for users.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, IT asset list and inventory.
- Traveling to different office sites and support beyond working hours may be required.
- Participate in process improvement projects.
- Other projects and ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of IT technical experience.
- Good troubleshooting and technical skills in Windows operating system environment.
- Good knowledge of cybersecurity knowledge will be an advantage.
- Analytical and resourceful to implement solutions with minimal downtime.
- A strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills to interact effectively at all levels.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
