Job Title: Purchasing Executive (Trainee)
The Purchasing Executive (Trainee) is responsible for resource management and coordination in areas relating to product sourcing, liaison with outlets, warehouse and suppliers.
Scope of Work
Resource Management and Coordination
• Monitor suppliers performance to ensure timely deliveries & specification of products ordered.
• Match/verify invoices with deliveries and purchase orders.
• Replenish and source for existing/new products.
• Coordination with outlets on issues and return of goods to warehouse /suppliers.
• Communicating with suppliers and expedite receipt of orders / back-orders.
• Work with inter-departments for promotion items, new menu (eg: Chinese New Year, Easter, Mother’s Day , Father’s Day, Christmas & more).
• Monitor & updating of master product list & pricing.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
People Management
• Collaborate with the superior & management team to achieve targets set.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Good administrative, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent customer service, able to handle multi-tasking, work pressure and able to work independently.
• Positive & open-minded work attitude.
• Good Team work and collaboration.
• Relevant experience in the FMCG, Retail or F&B industry is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Working Hours: Monday to Fridays/ Alternate Saturdays as required.
