Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Handling feedback and complaints from customers promptly and professionally
- Liaising with teams to resolve operation issues
- Providing resolutions to customers
- Attending to all walk-in potential customers and existing customers, phone calls, social media channels and email promptly and professionally
- Handling registration of new user sign up and follow up on outstanding documents
Skills required for the job:
Languages: Able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin
Computer literacy: Knows how to operate MS office
Communication: Is able to communicate well verbally and in text
Past experience: Prior customer service related job for a minimum of 2 years
Working hours:
We hope to find someone who is able to work weekend shifts
