As our name implies, our company deals with Money. So if you like money, MoolahGo may be the right place for you! We're a Fintech Startup that is redefining how Singapore consumers and businesses exchange currencies and make funds transfers internationally. We cut out unnecessary costs for our customers to deliver low-cost, fast and accurate FX and funds transfers. What's more, we're one of the first in the industry to reward our users for transacting with us.

This is why we have created MoolahGo - Your Money. Your Way. It's your money! You should be allowed to change it, send it or do whatever you want with it without incurring unnecessary costs.

We leverage our own proprietary technology to deliver benefits to our users. We have also established partners across 40+ countries around the world to achieve best pricing for our users.

As a new team member

We are looking for a candidate that is warm, positive, self-motivating with good interpersonal and organisational skills to join our team. We hope that you can provide the best-in-class services and in return, MoolahGo will offer you the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in Fintech operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Handling feedback and complaints from customers promptly and professionally
- Liaising with teams to resolve operation issues
- Providing resolutions to customers
- Attending to all walk-in potential customers and existing customers, phone calls, social media channels and email promptly and professionally
- Handling registration of new user sign up and follow up on outstanding documents

Skills required for the job:
Languages: Able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin
Computer literacy: Knows how to operate MS office
Communication: Is able to communicate well verbally and in text
Past experience: Prior customer service related job for a minimum of 2 years

Working hours:
We hope to find someone who is able to work weekend shifts
