Job Scope • Assist with the development of the preventive maintenance plan. • Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations when carrying out work. • Control project quality to ensure project objectives are met. • Coordinate repair and maintenance functions. • Plan the implementation of projects by determining specifications, installation schedules and planning shutdowns. • Prepare purchase documentation for resources. • Propose workflow improvements to improve efficiency. • Provide technical support and knowledge for service recovery team in rectifying fault tracing and diagnosing breakdown problems. • Support and initiate enhanced maintenance systems and procedures to improve maintenance efficiency. • Track cost of repairs and maintenance. • Work with suppliers and vendors on the delivery of resources.
