Legend Logistics is seeking an experienced and responsible Project Manager who will lead the Tender Management Department and report to the senior management. What the role entails? • Explore on tender opportunities, update on tender listings on weekly basis, and highlight on potential tenders from the market to senior management • Attend site tender briefings, and conduct briefings with senior management on project details • Ensure timely completion of measurement and sourcing of quotations • Ensure tender corrigendum issued is updated with tender documents • Review quotations submitted, and tender documents on contract requirements; Conduct post tender reviews • Develop and improve standard cost summary sheets, proposal models and gap analysis • Build a comprehensive system of internal and external audit procedures to ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes • Develop a fair and objective evaluation system comprises of comprehensive scoring and a robust technical assessment Who we are looking for? • Minimum 10 years of Managerial experience in tendering and proposal • Well versed in cost estimation for tendering projects and tender submission • Experienced in overseas sourcing and procurement activities • Sound knowledge in Contract Negotiation and Administration • Experienced in project management • Possesses good leadership and organisational abilities If you enjoy leading a team working on tender projects, click on "I'm Interested" to join us in ensuring the successful completion of tender tasks for our company!
