What You'll Be Doing: Your work will be crucial in helping our customers' recruitment and engagement strategies, providing them with bespoke tools that enhance their talent position. You will: - Work with our lead developer in developing, maintaining, and enhancing cutting edge web applications base on our clients' needs - Create and maintain software documentation - Where needed - you will work with our Sales and Customer Success team in reviewing proposals for technical accuracy and potential offer-maximisation - Translate internal and external client requirements into working solutions - Proactively problem-solve; suggesting workarounds, and providing ideas - Ensure applications are not vulnerable to security threats such as OWASP Top 10.
