Fundnel is looking for a Marketing Lead who can translate Fundnel’s business priorities into effective inbound and outbound acquisition initiatives.

● You will work with a diverse team of former investment bankers, strategy consultants and business owners in developing, monitoring and improving products to facilitate the activity of private investing

As a Marketing Lead, you will
● build and execute a strategic marketing plan with clear and measurable goals, coordinating cross-functional support, and driving data-centric accountability
● conduct the full spectrum of marketing activities across demand generation, brand management, content creation, product marketing and partnership marketing
● partner with the commercial, product and data teams to build and deploy coordinated demand generation programs
● analyse the effectiveness of campaigns, content and channels, running experiments to optimise results or iterate on strategy
● lead and develop the marketing team – recruiting, on-boarding, empowering, and mentoring team members to deliver outstanding results
You’ll be a great fit for us if you
● have more than 5 years of B2B work experience in CRM, communications, marketing (demand gen, marketing operations, or product marketing), customer success, or related areas of focus
● experience in project management across multiple teams
● experience in successfully creating and deploying inbound and outbound demand generation programs in a startup environment
● have hands-on knowledge and strong familiarity with marketing automation and digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot and/or other content/campaign management systems
● are familiar with the venture capital and startup ecosystem
● are interested in learning about different industries
● are self-motivated and aware of what career success means to you
