Requirements: • Proven working experience in project management • Proven experience in managing a team of 3 to 5 person • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Possess knowledge in either Know Your Customer (KYC), Transaction Monitoring and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) • Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills • Preferred to be Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified • Able to travel overseas (mainly ASEAN region). Responsibilities: • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Assist in the definition of project scope, project schedule and project cost using appropriate verification techniques • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project cost using appropriate verification techniques • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders • Establish and maintain relevant relationships with principles • Meet with client to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project • Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
