What You’ll Do Here:
• Prospect and build a sales pipeline by outbound calling, email communications to develop new business in Enterprise sector
• Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the deal.
• Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
• Overseeing sales, promotions, and campaigns
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
• Advising dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Follow up closely to ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales account servicing
What We Are Looking For:
• Passion to hunt (cold-calling), educate and sell - you are resilient and can adapt to change easily
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Graduate Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Computer
/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic), Business Studies or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required skill: physical access control, cctv surveillance,
• Experience in enterprise room booking, visitor management
• The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
• A metrics-oriented and competitive attitude
• Solution focused mindset and strong attention to detail
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen
