- Possess (at least) valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and above
- Able to obtain Airfield Driving Permit (ADP) after attending Aircraft Rules & Regulations Course (ARRC); conducted by internal Instructors and Airfield Rules Test (ART) by CAG

- Operate technical support equipment that meet...
1. service standards of Airlines’ requirements
2. safety standards in compliance with rules & regulations set by Changi Airport Group (CAG) / other authorities
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment / vehicles within classes permitted


- Perform daily ground support equipment checks; report damages of equipment / vehicles to Superiors immediately
- Refuel ground support equipment
- Ensure all vehicles and equipment are cleaned / well maintained
- Carry out manual marshaling at aircraft bays
- Operate Aircraft Docking Guidance System (ADGS)
- Insert and remove aircraft wheel chocks based on airlines’ requirements
- Report all Foreign Object Debris to flight in charge (FIC)
- Execute general loading and unloading operations
- Perform duty on docking and withdrawing of PLB (Passenger Loading Bridge)
- Read and interpret CPM & LIR
