He starts to close more deals consistently and his team starts to make more money regardless of the market sentiment. During his struggles, Donny made a promise to himself. He promised that if he ever become successful, he will want to help more people to achieve their dreams in real estate by imparting all that he learnt. He kept his promise and stepped up to be a trainer for the company when the opportunity arose. What You’ll Be Doing: - Help 2 directors (Husband & Wife) of the real estate team to search listing and compile data - Helping out on sales and recruitment in our business - Coordinating and arranging for meeting and taking minutes - Taking care of team HR - Simple artwork creation - Search for property listing and research on information (We will teach you how to do the necessary search) - Arrange viewing - Arrange gift order and delivery to client - Coordinate day to day admin work. Who We're Looking For: - Preferably someone with PA experience - You must have your own laptop/computer - Someone with good communication skills - Individual who is pro-active and can take initiative to improve the work flow - Individual who can work fast, sharp and resourceful - Ideally someone who has marketing and social media marketing background - With basic good command of English language for simple copy writing on advertisement work - Must know how to use computer and some basic IT skills. Microsoft skills etc. - Can work with software like keynote, adobe photoshop will be a plus - Ideally can start work soon. *If you are currently taking RES course to be a property agent, you don't need to apply as we are looking for someone to work with us for at least one year or more.
