Spikes Asia celebrates inspiring Asia-Pacific creativity in advertising and marketing. Building on over 35 years of the illustrious Spikes Awards and Tangrams Strategy & Effectiveness Awards, Spikes Asia is the result of a collaboration between the organisers of Cannes Lions and Haymarket, publishers of Campaign Asia Pacific.
Spikes Asia is the region’s leading event for the creative community. It offers a spectacular celebration of creativity in marketing and communications, from forward-thinking content sessions by the industry's most influential figures to superb networking opportunities, training and exhibitions of the region's best creative work.
The Awards are Asia Pacific's top award for excellence in creative marketing & communications, celebrating the very best in creativity across the region. They are the benchmark by which the region’s creativity is measured and they are continually honed and redefined to ensure they reflect current trends in creative marketing & communications.
The Festival offers an engaging programme of seminars and workshops focusing on creativity and learning.
In addition, there are exhibitions of creative work from Asia, evening networking events and the exciting Spikes Asia Awards Ceremony which celebrates and rewards creative excellence in communications.
The Festival concludes with the Spikes Asia Awards which are the region’s oldest and most prestigious awards for creative advertising. They reward the best entries in Film, Print, Outdoor, Radio, Digital, Direct, Promo & Activation, Media, Design, Film Craft, Print & Poster Craft, Integrated, Mobile and PR.
The entries are judged by leading international and regional creatives in Singapore during the week of the Festival

We believe that when creativity is effective and effective work is creative, it has the power to positively impact people, brands and the world.
What You'll Be Doing:
» Working closely with the Awards Team to build comprehensive customer profiles, customer journeys and sector specific account management strategies – feeding back insights to the business when attained
» Increase engagement levels and entries from accounts by building trust in our customer relationships to achieve their objectives
» Proactive outreach – and ability to retain customers by nurturing and developing relationships
» Regular interaction with customers - leading to high rates of retention.
Who We're Looking For:
» You should be comfortable with speaking with personnel from various level the corporate ladder. This will include Managers, Directors, MDs etc.
» Proficient on Google Docs especially Sheets, Docs and Slides
» Intermediate experience in MS Excel
» Diligent, detail oriented and comfortable analyzing data
» Collaborative, open-minded and willing to draw on others’ expertise
» Exceptional presentation skills
» Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
» Excellent written English free from spelling or grammar errors
» Advantageous, but not definitive if you can speak a native language from the APAC region in addition to English. i.e. Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Hindi etc.
