The successful candidate is responsible for the maintenance of accounting book, as well as assisting Managers on operational finance and administration matters
Main Responsibilities
To handle and facilitate end-to-end of designated finance related activities including but not limited to:
- Preparation of full set of accounts
- Generating with month end and year end closing
- Submission of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and year-end financial reports for management and external reporting
- Proper maintenance of records, documents, and journal entries
- Assisting budgeting, risk management, Internal audit report and etc
- GST preparation and submission, annual auditing, tax and other financial needs as necessary
- Handling banking matters, placement of financial assets , bank reconciliation and etc.
- Responsible in all finance-related matters. This includes grant management, maintaining finance records, reconciliation and managing the administration in finance processes
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3/4 years of experience in full set of accounts
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or qualifications in similar fields
- Chartered Accountant/ CPA qualification would be an advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office program including MS Excel, Power point & MS Word
- Must be meticulous and analytical
- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.
