Responsibilities: - To handle all online purchases from customers from e-shop and Lazada etc. Process order and arrange for delivery within a given time frame - Attend to all online sales inquiries, email, phone inquiries, and occasionally walk-in customers - Attend to incoming phone calls for inquiries and servicing jobs - Website maintenance, strategy, and campaign - Upload new product images and update pricing if there are changes required - Coordinate on strategy planning & marketing campaigns - Prepare advertising artwork and follow up for approval to meet the submission deadline - Assisting to source for new products to increase our product range - Attend to phone inquiry for hanger after-sales servicing jobs.
