As Popsical's social media marketing guru, you will be our bridge to the social media world. You will be responsible for creating and developing concepts and copy in all social media channels for our brand. You are great at social media marketing and are always excited to capture moments and document them on social media. You will be responsible for populating our social media accounts with fresh content in both Singapore and Malaysia. Here's what you will be leading: - Strategise and craft social branding content on our channels, including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook community in both Singapore and Malaysia - Design and execute social media campaigns (We have our own design team) - Conceptualise, execute, and track the performance of our social media engagements to increase our followers and improve our engagement rates - Monitoring social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback - Coordinate with social media influencers and managing deliverables and timelines And what we are looking for: - Regional Experience (Singapore and Malaysia) preferred - Agency experience as a social media / copywriting specialist preferred - Must have a passion for social media & marketing - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Hardworking, dedicated, and a fast learner - Loves music and is able to belt out a tune or two (Good-to-have but otherwise it's ok, not all of us are songbirds) - Experience with the major social media platforms including Facebook & Instagram.
