Job Responsibilities - Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services - Handle customer complaints or concerns - Maintain and manage customer files and databases - Communicate with customer regarding daily order requests, and make delivery and collection arrangements - Provide excellent customer service and accurate information - Assist in administrative and customer relations function - Manage sales and stock report from the distributor - Coordinate all import/export activities - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor. Job Requirements - Candidates must possess at least “O” level or equivalent - Required skills: Microsoft office software - At least 2 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position - At least 1 year experience in shipping/logistic company - Able to work in a team and independently - Must be customer oriented with good communication skills.
