Get to know our Team: GrabAds enables Advertisers, Agencies, and Merchants to engage the Grab Audience via innovative online and offline advertising experiences. Through our unique ecosystem and transacting user base, our clients are able to reach their desired audiences at scale, while driving measurable business outcomes. We would like You to join our journey to create value for our users, drivers, merchants, and advertising partners, while continuing to make everyday lives better across Southeast Asia. Get to know the Role: As part of the Regional GrabAds team, you will partner with a portfolio of flagship regional advertising media agencies to drive learning, development and partnership growth opportunities for GrabAds . You will work alongside your team and maintain a quarterly performance target. You’ll also get to play a critical role in shaping the future of our Regional Agency practice. You’ll work cross-functionally with our various internal stakeholders such as Regional Sales, Ad Ops, Marketing & Country enterprise teams to achieve business KPIs, implement effective agency development plans, support business reviews & identify opportunities for upscaling GrabAds adoption by agencies. The day-to-day activities: • Partner with and manage a portfolio of regional key agencies • Develop and deploy effective training, content and learning to agencies to support our sales teams • Monitor industry trends and deliver campaign, business and growth insights for agencies • Coordinate with country sales teams to deliver regional trading and partnership goals • Support quarterly business reviews and planning exercises for key agencies • Be a focal point of contact to build and strengthen GrabAds’ brand presence at agencies ​The must-haves: • 5 to 7 years of demonstrated account or relationship management experience at media agencies • Demonstrated track-record of building effective learning and development programs for agencies • In-depth knowledge of digital media and the South-east Asian media agency landscape • Demonstrated track record of delivering against performance targets • Excellent project management, interpersonal and analytical skills with a data-driven approach • Team player with the tenacity to work across a fast-paced, matrixed environment • A strong entrepreneurial, self-starter mentality with a can-do attitude Click "I'm interested" to apply!
