Get to know the Role:
As part of the Regional GrabAds team, you will partner with a portfolio of flagship regional advertising media agencies to drive learning, development and partnership growth opportunities for GrabAds . You will work alongside your team and maintain a quarterly performance target. You’ll also get to play a critical role in shaping the future of our Regional Agency practice.
You’ll work cross-functionally with our various internal stakeholders such as Regional Sales, Ad Ops, Marketing & Country enterprise teams to achieve business KPIs, implement effective agency development plans, support business reviews & identify opportunities for upscaling GrabAds adoption by agencies.
The day-to-day activities:
• Partner with and manage a portfolio of regional key agencies
• Develop and deploy effective training, content and learning to agencies to support our sales teams
• Monitor industry trends and deliver campaign, business and growth insights for agencies
• Coordinate with country sales teams to deliver regional trading and partnership goals
• Support quarterly business reviews and planning exercises for key agencies
• Be a focal point of contact to build and strengthen GrabAds’ brand presence at agencies
The must-haves:
• 5 to 7 years of demonstrated account or relationship management experience at media agencies
• Demonstrated track-record of building effective learning and development programs for agencies
• In-depth knowledge of digital media and the South-east Asian media agency landscape
• Demonstrated track record of delivering against performance targets
• Excellent project management, interpersonal and analytical skills with a data-driven approach
• Team player with the tenacity to work across a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• A strong entrepreneurial, self-starter mentality with a can-do attitude
