What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting and emailing
- Handle month-end closing and reconciliations
- Update daily cash book and prepare bank reconciliation
- Handle management account report in monthly basic
- Handle petty cash and staffs claim
- Undertake any other duties assigned by superior or Director
- Perform a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as and when needed
- Basic accounting is required.
5 working days per week (10am to 7pm)
