As a new team member

THE MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Expand overall sales results in Japan.
• Establish relationships with new customers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales and after-sale support.
• Communicate with potential and existing customers using various methods such as calling, meetings, trainings, networking.
• Conduct analysis of the assigned market.
• Work with technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.
• Provide with feedback about daily activities.
• Represent us with the highest degree of professionalism and solidity.

THE EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES YOU WILL NEED
• Good English skills, as well as are native speaker of Japan language.
• Strong listening and presentation skills and also the ability to quickly build valuable client relationships.
• Ability to identify client business needs and proactively develop customized solutions to meet client objectives.
• Great track of achieving sales goals.
• Working closely with our European HQ providing feedback on job success.
• Understanding the product distribution market/companies work cycle.
• Experience in doing international sales (CRM filling, Forecasting, Sales orders, Sample sales, prospecting).
• Video conference/client visit experience.
