FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE We are looking for a skilled individual contributor who is a technical specialist in requirements analysis for the brands/projects we work with. You possess a product management mindset with a demonstrable track record of successfully defining and launching products by translating creative and business needs into technical requirements. You will be responsible for: • Development of new products, defining the product strategy and roadmap • Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples • Be an expert with respect to the competition • Act as a leader within the company. We want you if: • You’re an accomplished, resourceful and strong executor who likes to make things work even in ambiguous and emerging conditions • You’re a collaborative personality who also has a strong desire to excel • You are curious, open-minded and possess a solutions mindset Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or equivalent with >3 years of relevant experience in Product Manager or Requirements Analyst role is preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Technical background, excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • You have the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and manage your own projects • You are a Singaporean or PR.
