We have 9 internal members and 3 partners as of May 2021. As a team culture, we believe that teamwork is fostered by each member's maximum output. All members work together toward their goals to produce results. We are still a new company, so our company values are still being defined, but for now: 1. Let's drink delicious sake Each person puts their best effort to achieve their monthly goal. At the end of the month, everyone celebrates their accomplishments by drinking delicious sake. Don't worry if you are not good at drinking, because we also celebrate with delicious food. 2. A bit of madness We always try to be a little crazy at work. The idea is to work with a slightly crazy idea, rather than pursuing a straightforward answer or general correctness. All ideas are welcome.
