What You'll Be Doing: - Building and maintaining professional rapport with existing Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) drivers - Understand existing PHV drivers and their individual needs and demands and address the issues accordingly - Provide professional service and advice in order to achieve customer satisfaction - Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues, consolidate customer feedback for marketing team to strategize better retention package - Keep customers updated on the latest promotion and products - Increase customer retention rate - Know your customers well and resolve their issues /complaints efficiently and effectively. Who We're Looking For: - Diploma or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a relevant field - Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service and at least 1 year of experience in automotive, PHV or related trade - Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships - Excellent product knowledge - Possesses positive disposition and self-motivated - Strategic thinker and able to analyse and resolve problems quickly - Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Committed and hardworking - Able to work 5.5 days work week.
