We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Tech / Non-Tech Get to know our Team: The People Operations (Pops) team strives to revolutionize human resources the same way that Grab has revolutionized transportation. We serve to find, grow and keep the remarkable assemblage of talent who are our Grabbers. Get to know the Role: You'll be a champion of Grab's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organisations and make sure intellectual rigour is applied to all people decisions. Whether coaching our leaders on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Grabbers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Grabbers understand how people decisions get made. This could be a full time or contract position. The day-to-day activities: • Delivering Full LifeCycle Recruiting with a strong ability to source, screen, interview candidates, prepare candidate for interviews, and close candidates and hiring managers for the Tech function • Collaborating with hiring teams to understand and deliver in alignment with their service/product delivery • Managing, prioritising, and closing searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritise to hit all customer SLAs. • Collaborating with a team of recruiters, sources, and recruiting coordinators focusing on the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development. • Collaborating with hiring teams to deliver effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations. • Recruiting passive candidates and possess the mentality to "identify and engage profiles and gauge chemistry of candidates to fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role. • Pipelining candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management; demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios. • Implementing and/or refining recruiting processes that fit within our mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer; Recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to the long-range growth of the company • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers for senior-level openings. • Support and partner Pops team members in ensuring successful and seamless onboarding of new Grabbers. • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key sponsors, managers and internal departments, working as a seamless part of the HR operation • Campus outreach campaigns and employer branding, others as required. The must-haves: • Bachelor's degree • Minimum 5 years in hiring for Tech roles in software companies • Experience working for e-commerce companies is an advantage. • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools • CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple stakeholders and ensure prompt response and action to tasks. • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer. • Strong communication skills, organizational, and negotiation skills. • Ability to execute a recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision. • A self-starter and strong individual contributor, while being able to function effectively in a team environment.
