Responsibilities: · Demonstrate excellent customer service · Build rapport and customer loyalty · Ensure visual merchandising standards are adhered to Company’s standard at all times · Operate POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy · Respond positively to customer complaint /queries · Ensure overall cleanliness of the retail store · Conduct regular stock take in retail store · Maintain shop's cleanliness and professionalism · On the job training will be provided.
